Just a note - there's a minor typo in the bibliography. Unless, that is, the reason Professor Blackburn is not 100% attentive to e-mails is that he is a timetraveller.
PS I *really* hope that Simon is indeed a timetraveller who is also publishing stuff in 2984. However, I haven't read any of it, so I'd better stick to the 1984 stuff.
